You may benefit from counselling whenever you are struggling to cope, experiencing persistent stress, going through a difficult life transition, facing relationship or family difficulties, or simply want a confidential space to talk. You do not need to be in crisis to seek counselling.

Yes. All sessions are strictly confidential, in line with professional counselling ethics. Information is only shared with your explicit consent, except in rare situations required by law to prevent serious harm to you or others.

Yes. In addition to physical appointments at our Mombasa office, we offer telephone and online/video counselling sessions for clients who prefer or require remote support.

Yes. We offer marriage and couples counselling covering communication, conflict resolution, marriage preparation, relationship restoration and separation-related concerns.

Yes, through our youth and student counselling service, as well as family counselling that involves parents and children together where appropriate.

A typical individual counselling session lasts approximately 45-60 minutes. Session length may vary depending on the type of service.

Yes. We provide corporate consultancy including employee counselling, workplace mental health programmes, and critical incident support.
